From a cart to a gem of a restaurant
El Mariachi didn't open with a dining room and a neon sign. It started small — a tamale cart in 2019, one recipe, and a family that knew the braise cold.
Word got out. The cart became a food trailer. The trailer drew a line. And the line became a reason to open the doors of a full restaurant right here on Evergreen Way.
